CryoMizer™ Polycarbonate Package System, 5000 Vials
The CryoMizer™ Class is designed to combine the convenience of sample storage in boxes with the benefit of low liquid nitrogen consumption. CryoMizer™ systems offer the flexibility of storing samples in either liquid phase or vapor phase storage. CM 3 PS utilizes 100 cell boxes with a storage capacity of 5000 each 2 ml vials. Through the technology of the CryoMizer™ system's super insulate, temperatures of -185°C can be achieved at the top shelf of sample storage racks, with only 2" of liquid nitrogen in the tank.
Every CM 3 PS package system comes standard with 1 pair of CryoGloves, (5) stainless steel racks including Max Rack™, (50) 81/100 cell polycarbonate boxes, roller base, and LN2 measuring rod.
CryoGuard™, 94,500 Vials
The CryoGuard™ Class from CryoSafe™ has been specifically engineered to provide cryogenic vapor temperatures throughout the tank well below the critical -135°C range. With only a few inches of liquid, vapor temperatures as low as -180°C can be maintained at the highest shelf. Maintaining temperatures below the glass transition temperature of -135°C helps insure long-term cell viability.
CryoGuard's™ restricted-opening neck design with double-hinged lid brings LN₂ consumption to one of the lowest rates in the industry. In vapor phase operation, LN₂ is stored out of the inventory storage area helping eliminate cross contamination issues. THE CGSP-4 has a unique inventory holding container is engineered to maximize the use of 81/100 cell box racks to meet capacity needs up to 94,500 each 2 ml vials. This feature improves cryo vial inventory, placement, tracking, and retrieval.
Every CryoGuard™ comes standard with: 6ft. stainless steel armor-plated transfer hose, 3/5 warranty, folding step, inventory carousel, keyed lid lock, LN₂ measuring rod, flat stainless-steel work surface and the Sentry Plus controller. Package systems are available with CryoGloves, stainless steel racks, and either polycarbonate or fiberboard inventory boxes.
Liquid Dewar, 10 liters
The storage and dispensing of liquid nitrogen can now be accomplished safely and efficiently with the LD Class liquid dewars from CryoSafe™. These super insulated dewars have minimal evaporation rates and accommodate, pouring spouts, dippers, and pressurized manual withdrawal devices for safe dispensing of liquid nitrogen.
These high efficiency, super insulated dewars are the most convenient, economical way to store and dispense liquid nitrogen.
